I rarely leave reviews but I just wanted to to show my appreciation for Safeko. My window slid off its track into my door getting stuck, and I was about to leave my windowless car parked on the street for over a week before a trip. I called around to a few auto glass places but they all quoted me over $100 minimum and required appointments later in the week. Then I found Safeko and not only did they cost half the price, but they drove to me! Within a couple hours my window was all fixed up. The friendly customer service was nice as well!

This is so far overdue, I meant to write this the day it happened. Back in December I was headed to work one morning, when I came to my car I saw my entire back windshield destroyed with blood all over it. There was torn clothing, glass shards, and blood everywhere. It looked like a murder scene. There were no police nearby, no one was there. I didn't know how to respond. Well, eventually a policeman drove by to check in to see if anyone had come to the vehicle, there I was crying on the phone with AAA. He told me that a bicyclist had lost control and rode through the back of my car and had been taken to the nearest hospital. This just made me start weeping, knowing that my car had caused someone such pain and suffering. He told me to replace the glass immediately to avoid a ticket, and to avoid anyone from camping out in my car. Well, I couldn't drive it anywhere because it was smothered in blood and glass. I called Safeko and they told me that they could come to my location within the hour. They arrived within about 20 minutes. I wish so much that I remembered the gentleman's name. I'm looking on the receipt now, but I cannot find it. He was so kind and respectful. He carefully removed the bloody clothing and glass shards. He was so sweet, and super efficient. I have a new windshield, and all of the glass was removed. He made an awful experience better, and I am so thankful!

Wow, would give more stars if I could! Called Safeko on Saturday once I noticed a crack in my windshield and they were able to schedule me in for a repair first thing Monday morning at my work location. Tony was timely, courteous, professional, and even re-attached my rear view mirror which had fallen off months earlier, free of charge. I'm so incredibly grateful - Safeko turned a potentially annoying car repair into a hassle-free experience. Thank you!

Great service! Quick, prompt and very reasonable price! Tony was able to repair my window in less than 40 minutes. I called five different places for estimates and his was the cheapest. I would definitely recommend Safeko to all of my friends.

Window broke on the freeway on Tuesday and Tony was able to fix it the next day. Honest and punctual. Definitely will recommend to friends and use him as my go to guy for car windows.

Cheap and immediate service. Called on a Friday and had an at home appointment Saturday morning. Was a little annoyed at the time they showed up, however. They had informed me that my appointment would be at 11, come 12:30 I received a phone call that he was waiting on the correct glass as the wrong one had been delivered. It was only an hour or so after that when he finally did arrive and was done withing another hour. Got a small discount for checking in and overall I would recommend. It was the cheapest place I could find for a rear window replacement on a basically brand new Nissan.
