Professional and fast. They came to my home right at the late edge of my window, but still on time. Replaced windshield on my Audi, and I asked them to fix 2 chips on my wife's minivan and they handled that as well. And the price is the lowest I found here using the 'ask a question' function here on yelp. No complaints, highly recommended. Thanks!

Tony is awesome! I went to my car at 11pm last night in downtown Oakland to find the back window was smashed. I called him this morning at 6:30am and he picked up right away. He said he could take care of me by 9am but I told him I needed to be on the road by 8:15am. He said the glass place that he needed to get for my window didn't open til 8am, but if I wanted to meet him there at 7:30am he could start cleaning/prepping so that it'd only take 10 minutes to install. I agreed and met him there promptly at 7:30am. He was super quick, professional and it was all done by 8:10am. I highly recommend this place! He saved the day. :)

Rear passenger car window got busted one weekend night parked out on the street. What a bummer. Sadface! After I finished grieving, I sent a request for quotes to a few different mobile repair services in the Oakland area. Safeko sent a quick reply to my initial quote request via Yelp. Competitive price ($155). I was very grateful that Tony was willing to bend the hours and come later in the day to meet me after I'd be off work. We didn't finalize the location to meet until late in the day and so he missed our first try, but in the end I was very satisfied that he followed up with an apology, discount, and accommodating response to finding a new time to meet. The repair was quick, professional, and clean (he took care of the broken glass). Overall, there was a little human error during my experience with Safeko but it's clear that Tony cares about his customers and was willing to do what it took to make it work. He was much more flexible than some of the other options to work around my difficult schedule. And, he gave me a discount to make up for the inconvenience. I hope I never need to, but if I do need glass repaired again, I would call Tony and Safeko!

Tony is great. I am so happy that I went to Saefko. He was quick with responding and it was super easy to schedule an appointment with him. I drive 880 a lot and there is often a lot of rocks. I hate that California Insurance does not have windshield replacement -- and charges you your deductible instead. Nonetheless, Tony was speedy, the process was simple, and worth it. I have another window repair that I need to get done for another car and would not hesitate with going to him for it.

Great Service. Called late morning and still got a nice quote for my quarter glass for $179. It is cheaper than some other Auto Glass Services around this neighborhood. Tony did a great job and fast as it took 30 minutes for him to complete everything and he even helped me vacuum the excess glass in my car. Thank You for your fabulous service you deserve this 5 Star.

They quoted me within 2 hours, provided same-day service and quoted me over 50% less than 3 other companies to replace my passenger mirror. 2 thumbs up!!!!

Called Monday late morning, window fixed by 2pm. Super quick easy service, $115 to replace my right front window in about 20 minutes. The auto-function on the window didn't work, when I called back to tell them this I was told it might take up to a week to recognize the new window. He said to call back in a week if it still wasn't sensing the auto close/open function. Never ended up working, but I'm too lazy to take my car back to have them fix it.

With the Yelp! Coupon, it only cost me $120 for a window replacement that was also quoted for $230 with the same high quality door to door service. Tony was really nice and efficient and I got a same day service
